The University of Guelph’s Department of Athletics raised nearly $9,000 for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Guelph during the charity’s 37th annual Bowl For Kids Sake held earlier this month.
The Department of Athletics is pleased to announce that varsity athletes collected 1,461 lbs of food for the Guelph Food Bank - the second largest weight since the inception of the initiative and a total of 2,434 items of food.
