The Speed River Track and Field Club and University of Guelph Track and Field Team will be hosting a Para Track and Field Give It A Try Day with Athletics Canada, Monday August 18th from 2-5 pm at the University of Guelph's Alumni Stadium.

Two Mustangs helped Canada to a pair of silver medals at the North American, Central American, and Caribbean (NACAC) U23 Championships this past weekend in Kamloops, B.C. In total Canadian athletes earned 28 medals; their best ever result at the event.
